Mathilde Milwidsky & Richard Uttley
Part of Aberdeen Chamber Music ConcertsBorn in London in 1994, Mathilde joined the Royal College of Music Junior Department as a Tsukanov Scholar and won a place to read Music at Trinity College, Cambridge, and full scholarships to all the London conservatoires, later becoming a Professor of violin at the Royal College of Music, London.
Richard studied at the Junior School of the Royal Northern College of Music, before going on to read Music at Clare College, Cambridge (graduating with a double first in 2008), and studying with Martin Roscoe at Guildhall School. His London debut at the Southbank Centre’s Purcell Room was described by The Times as a ‘brilliant recital’.
