Citymoves Dance Agency is thrilled to be collaborating with Aberdeen Jazz Festival to bring a bit of jazz to their Dance for Parkinson's participants. Violinist Coralie Usmani and drummer Jamie Reilly will join in-house pianist, Gordon Cooper, to provide music for the usual weekly class.

The weekly Dance for Parkinson's class is designed for people living with Parkinson’s, their families and carers. No previous dance experience is required and class may be enjoyed seated or standing. Confidence and creativity will be developed, whilst addressing Parkinson’s specific concerns such as: balance, flexibility, coordination, gait and social isolation. Participants are invited to stay for tea/coffee, cake and a blether at the end of the session.

This is a closed session for Dance for Parkinson's participants. If you would like to know more information or be involved with the group, please get in touch with Citymoves: citymoves@citymoves.org.uk / 01224 984 159
