FLAG Trio: 100 Years of Song

Alex Fordham, Peter Lowit and Steve Garrett in a new trio - a 'supergroup' made by combining the popular duos of Songstring and The Boys from Aboyne. Stunning emotional vocals, lyrical double bass and melodic guitar. The trio premiered in Aboyne in February 2025 and is built on a foundation of successful solo and duo recordings and appearances at the Aboyne and Deeside Festivals, Edinburgh Festival Fringe and clubs and events across North-East Scotland. The set list ranges from the 1920s to 2020s. Their unique take on jazz standards, rock classics and modern pop songs should feature something for everyone throughout an evening of beautiful music.
