The NESMS recorders will perform a selection of solos and ensembles from renaissance to modern day repertoire, playing on various sizes of recorders.

Recitals are followed by a buffet lunch. Donations to Cathedral funds are gratefully received.

Two students currently hold NESMS’s scholarships to enable them to have monthly lessons from Professor Ian Wilson, of the Guildhall College of Music & Drama in London, who teaches at NESMS as a visiting tutor. If you wish to find out more about NESMS please refer to the website (www.nesms.org.uk) or speak to the students themselves after the concert.
