Phoenix Theatre

Welcome to Phoenix Theatre, a critically-acclaimed musical theatre company based in Aberdeen, Scotland. For the past 30 years, we have presented exceptional and engaging musical classics - from Oklahoma to Legally Blonde - at Aberdeen Arts Centre and the city’s premier venue His Majesty’s Theatre.

In addition to our adult company, we run Phoenix Youth Theatre, a well-established performing arts school, with drama classes for children aged 4-18. Our aim is to build confidence and develop skills in an environment where all children can thrive and have a thoroughly enjoyable time.

We can also be hired to provide top-class corporate entertainment for any occasion - from small private parties in intimate venues, to extravagant events in large arenas.

Getting involved

Our main rehearsals are on Sunday afternoons between 2-5pm at Devana Parish Church. We also rehearse, especially as we get nearer to the week of the show, on Monday and Wednesday evenings between 7-10pm.

There are no membership fees, costume or script hire charges. All we ask is that you sell a quota of tickets for each show and that you are nice!
