The programme for this recital is centered around natural themes, from flowers and trees, to water and mountains. The repertoire covers a wide range of genres, including arrangements of traditional Scottish and folk songs, and works by some of Verbatim's favorite British composers of the 20th century.

VERBATIM

Verbatim are a four-part ensemble formed in 2025, made up of singers Eve Begg (Soprano), Connie McLean (Alto), Michael Muoneke (Tenor), and Zak McCullough (Bass). They are all training solo singers who met in the University’s Chamber Choir; and have a range of experience in other regional and national choirs, in musical societies such as the Aberdeen Gilbert & Sullivan Society and the University’s Opera Society, and in solo competitions such as the Ogston Music Prize.
