In Transit

One Friday afternoon in late 2012, an off-the-cuff email asking the question: "Does anyone fancy forming a band?" led to a bunch of subsea engineers doing just that.

Over time, the members changed before the line-up settled under the name "In Transit". The band now includes Stuart Gerrard (guitar, vocals, and saxophone), Murray Duguid (drums), Malcolm Kirk (guitar), Dawn Leask (vocals and flute), Louis Fyfe (keyboard) and Paul Hastings (bass guitar). Their varied set list includes rock, blues, soul, new wave and the occasional nod towards jazz.
