Children's Classic Concerts - Honey I Shrunk the Orchestra

Join the Essential Orchestra in CCC’s giant garden as they explore the wonders of the musical ecosystem. They’ll be digging deep to discover the inner workings of the orchestra: will the musicians work together like a colony of bees and club together like an army of ants? Featuring well-known music, orchestral classics, and the Scottish premiere of Aileen Sweeney’s ‘Waggle Dance’ (not to mention lots of audience interaction!), this promises to be a musical escapade for the whole family to enjoy. And no wellies are required!

“Bee” inspired to put the orchestra under the microscope in the foyer after the concert where you can meet the musicians and their instruments. Maybe you’ll even learn to buzz like a trombone!
