Classics at Mannofield

Grampian Concert Orchestra is delighted to feature one of the most promising musical talents coming out of North East Scotland in recent years; Ross-shire cellist Hattie McGregor. She will perform Saint-Saëns' Cello Concerto no. 1 in A minor.

The rest of the concert continues the French theme and features works by Chabrier (Danse Slave and Fête Polonaise) and Gounod (Symphony no. 2 in Eb major).
 
There will be an interval during which refreshments will be offered.
