Zemlinsky Trio
Peter Cigleris, Clarinet; Evva Mizerska, ‘Cello, and Emma Abbate, Piano
Neapolitan pianist Emma Abbate is a professor at the Guildhall School of Music and has been elected as an Associate of the Royal Academy of Music in recognition of her significant contribution to the music profession. She has performed in many prestigious venues throughout the UK, the US and Europe. She formed this trio having recorded three critically acclaimed CDs with the trio’s cellist, Evva Mizerska, from Poland.
Evva studied first in Warsaw and then at the Trinity College of Music in London. She is a recitalist and chamber musician and teaches at Morley College and the North London Conservatoire.
Peter Cigleris studied at the Birmingham Conservatoire and then at the Royal College of Music. As a soloist he has performed in many UK and European venues, and has premiered several new works.
