Aberdeen Folk Orchestra
A Newton Dee Fundraiser
The Aberdeen Folk orchestra is a community music group for anyone interested in playing folk music in a friendly group setting.
Our members are from Aberdeen and the surrounding areas. New members on any instrument are always welcome. We play folk music from across the world and give performances in various venues about 4 times a year during the summer months.
Tunes are typically played from sheet music, and recordings are available for practice.
