Aberdeen University Show Choir
Aberdeen University Show Choir is a fully student-run performance group that embraces the individual talents that every person has to offer. Our aim is to spread joy to as many as possible through the power of song and dance.
We rehearse once a week on campus to prepare for our annual Spring Concert where we showcase everything that we have been working on throughout the year. In Show Choir, we arrange songs around 4-part harmonies so you can sing in whatever range fits your voice the best! The pieces we perform tend to be up-beat pop songs, songs from musicals, mellowed out ballads, and anything in between!
Getting involved
We are a no-audition and no-experience required group so anyone who has a passion for singing and performing is more than welcome to join. Just bring yourself and your enthusiasm! We will have auditions for solo performances in the concert for anyone who wants to see themselves in the spotlight but if you fancy yourself more of a group singer then that is just as appreciated!
